Ricky Ziehl

Ricky Ziehl is a South African contemporary fine artist working in oil, acrylic and mixed media. His paintings are quiet meditations on light, presence and the residue of gesture — composed slowly in a studio of brushes, linen and the warm afternoons of the highveld.

His work has been collected privately across South Africa, Europe and the United Kingdom. Originals are released in small, considered bodies of work; limited and open editions extend the pieces to a wider audience while preserving the integrity of the original.

Each piece leaves the studio signed, dated and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
